THE HOUSE
Our house is located in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by the region’s characteristic rolling hills and just 15 minutes from Volterra, one of Tuscany’s most beautiful medieval towns.
The house is arranged over two floors: the ground floor and first floor connected by an outdoor staircase. Depending on the size of your group, you can choose between two options:

Ground Floor: 1–6 guests
Rent the ground floor only, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and direct access to the 40 m² covered terrace.

Entire House: 4–10 guests
Rent both the ground and first floors, giving you four bedrooms, two bathrooms and additional living space, ideal for larger families and groups travelling together.
Whichever option you choose, the entire property is exclusively yours, including the garden and private pool. If you rent only the ground floor, the first floor remains unoccupied and is never rented separately.
You will never share the house, garden or pool with other guests.
THE COVERED TERRACE
The 40 m² covered south-facing terrace is made for outdoor living, with open views across the Tuscan countryside. It’s the perfect place for morning coffee, a long aperitivo, dinner with family and friends, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine.
A Napoleon Freestyle 425 gas barbecue with accessories is available for outdoor cooking, while the fire bowl creates a cosy atmosphere for evenings outside.
As the day quietens, listen to the nightingales and other birds, a peaceful soundtrack to Tuscan mornings and evenings.

Amazing spot in the country side of Tuscany. We had a wonderful weekend here and enjoyed the house very much. It’s about 10-15 minutes from Volterra which was one of our favorite towns in Italy. House manager made excellent suggestions for local wineries and olive oil. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities and of course espresso machine which we enjoyed multiple times a day!

Absolute perfection! We were blown away by Aurelie’s place. The house is set within stunning countryside, very quiet and private, yet only a short drive from lovely Volterra. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped. My kids spent hours in the gorgeous pool.
