Detailed description of the pool
The private 9 × 5 m swimming pool overlooks the rolling Tuscan hills, with open countryside views and beautiful sunsets. With a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 m, it is ideal for swimming, cooling off and relaxing.
Sun loungers surround the pool, while the garden and olive grove provide a peaceful and private setting. The pool can be heated on request between March and November (€30 per day) and is illuminated in the evening.
It is reserved exclusively for you and your guests and is never shared. The pool is equipped with an automatic cover.
A PRIVATE GARDEN SURROUNDED BY NATURE
The property is surrounded by a large, fully fenced private garden, entered through an electric gate and lined with characteristic Tuscan cypress trees. Private parking is available behind the house.
On the south side of the house, the garden opens onto an olive grove, with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants adding to the natural Tuscan setting. Guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs such as rosemary and thyme from the herb garden to use when cooking or preparing a meal on the barbecue.
There is plenty of space to relax outdoors, enjoy the countryside and spend time together, as well as a table tennis area for a little friendly competition.
The entire garden, like the house and pool, is exclusively yours during your stay.
