The ground floor at a glance

 

80 m² of living space with two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned living and dining area opening directly onto the 40 m² covered terrace. A separate laundry room and baby cot are also available. Sleeps up to 6 guests, including the sofa bed in the living room.

 

Detailed description of the ground floor

From the terrace, you enter the spacious living and dining area, where two rooms are connected by traditional Tuscan stone arches that give the house its distinctive character. The dining area features a large table with seating for up to 10 guests, while the adjoining living room provides a comfortable place to relax. A selection of board games is available in the cupboard.

From the dining area, you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge.

Beyond the kitchen, a small vestibule leads to the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, each measuring 13.7 m² (147 sq ft), creating a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas.​
