FIRST FLOOR

The first floor at a glance

The first floor offers two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate living room. The living room offers an additional space to relax, with a connected TV, books and fireplace.

Detailed description of the first floor

Reached via the outdoor staircase, the first floor opens into a 14 m² (151 sq ft) living room. From here, you can access the 18 m² (194 sq ft) Red Bedroom with queen-size bed, air conditioning and views over the Tuscan countryside, separated from the living room by a curtain rather than a door.

A door from the living room leads to a small vestibule, which gives access to the 5.3 m² (57 sq ft) bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, and to the 18 m² (194 sq ft) Blue Bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning, workspace and views of the Tuscan countryside.
